Using hypnosis I can help people make positive changes in their lives. We can work towards getting rid of unwanted patterns of behaviour and find solutions to move clients forward in their lives. All the solutions we need are within, it’s just a case of finding them.
Rachel set up Oak Tree Hypnotherapy in Westbury after training as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist at The Clifton Practice in Bristol. Since then Rachel has been helping clients to make positive changes to both their professional and personal lives.

My needle phobia has gone
This week I visited Rachel and she did a rewind/reframe to help me and it worked. I had my piercing done today with no issues at all, I don't know what I was scared of, it took seconds and I was totally fine. I'm now looking forward to visiting again. Thanks Rachel x

Driving Test Nerves
On my test day I had a lesson and then went to the test centre. I was waiting for the panic to set it but it didn’t ! I felt calm and totally in control throughout the test even when I was thrown some very difficult situations to cope with. My examiner said I drove extremely well and confidently.
I passed my test with only 3 minors. I couldn’t have done it without Rachel’s help and highly recommend hypnotherapy for anyone taking their test for the first time or have found they have failed as a result of their nerves.
Anxiety
I see Rachel most weeks and I look forward to that 50 mins of chat and relaxation. It has helped me in so many ways with my anxiety but also I was going for an interview and Rachel did a reframe to help me and on that day I was calm and confident even the mess up at the interview.
If anybody is thinking they don't think it will work give it a go and you may be surprised. I have tried counselling etc and nothing has worked. I have gone into this with an open mind and I will not look back. I will get to where I need to be........
