My needle phobia has gone

I had been scared of needles since a bad experience at school when had an injection.  Ever since that day I have avoided needles but wanted to have my helix pierced and of course they use a needle.  I went last year and managed to have my ear lobes pierced with a traditional gun and that was enough I couldn't go through with the helix piercing and nearly passed out! This week I visited Rachel and she did a rewind/reframe to help me and it worked.  I had my piercing done today with no issues at all, I don't know what I was scared of, it took seconds and I was totally fine.  I'm now looking forward to visiting again.  Thanks Rachel x
